Potenza International Film Festival (Potenza IFF) is organised by Noeltan Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to the discovery and valorisation of new international filmmakers. Through its programs, Noeltan Institute promotes national and international programmes and actions in order to develop film training (workshops, seminars, lectures) and diffusion of audio-visual skills among the young generations. By acting as facilitators and making numerous contributions to productions, Noeltan Institute offers invaluable assistance to young independent filmmakers who choose Basilicata as a location for their films.
