Synopsis
31 seconds to represent a stream of consciousness; the one of that who does violence to somebody. 31 seconds to punch in the belly by means of images showing women as if they were objects. 31 seconds to represent violence on women without keeping our prejudices and stereotypes. 31 seconds because sometimes every instant can have the length of eternity.
Biofilmography
In 2005 Alessandro Vallacchi worked on “Sorelle”, a film directed by Marco Bellocchio. In 2009 he wrote the script for “L’Angelo di Lory” as well as for “Scorpioni”; in 2007 he wrote and directed “Lacrime di Sabbia” and in 2005 the short-film “La Ballata Del Vecchio Planetta”.

This film is a short documentary displaying the walls in Rome. It is a sequence of pictures about racial and political messages that can be actually found on walls in Rome. Eventually this work suggests us a different possibility of reading this controversial reality.

This short-film is Anna Maria’s debut. She is currently studing at Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome.

Magic Coffee is a bridge between the past (editing technique, atmospheres) and nowadays (mobile phone and its usage). A cushy story looking at the past: a magical machine, a forgetful girl who drowns in her coffee…
Biofilmography
Since 2006 this filmmaker has been leading his research and documentation activities through documentaries. He is very interested in the low-cost production challenge. In 2009 he shot the documentary In memoria di un signore amici, and the music-video Labbra with Eva Riccobono.
