Biofilmography
He was born in Akhisar, Turkey, 1988. He studies Turkish Literature at Bogazici (Bosphorus) University, Istanbul. The Slope is his first film. He is the editor of cinema magazine Cinephile and also wrote for a while European Basketball articles for a sport magazine Sixth Man.

Synopsis
A filmmaker is living in anguish the imminent shooting of his new movie. Pressed by many outside interests, he undertakes the search of a possible location for the film’s end. However, something goes wrong and he has an accident, being isolated in a strange and fascinating place.

(Lugo, 1983) He studied Filmmaking at the School of Image and Sound of A Coruña. He worked for the company Lua Filmes. He has made short films, documentaries and music videos while studying Philosophy at UNED.

Synopsis
Pedro, an eleven year old child, lives looking after her physically disabled mother. Any chance he gets he tries to hug her expecting a reaction or response. It never happens. Pedro decides to make a hole in the wall to see and experience a normal and happy life. What he sees is the cruel truth.

Biofilmography
He has got a Degreen of Journalism by the U.C.M. (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), as well as a “DEA” (Diploma of Advanced Studies). After doing several courses on script and audiovisual direction in different schools of cinema in Madrid, he wrote and co-directed the short film Sombras de Diferentes Arrugas (2007), Iván Ruiz won also the Third Avid Marathon– Medina Plató de Cine with his short film Tu Frase. He is a member of ALMA and he is director of the Aniur Creativos Audiovisuales S.L. Company, where he is responsible for the Departments concerning script, direction and production.
